Doctor Nguyen Ngoc Ba holds the position of First Vice President of the Association.
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ba earned his medical degree in 1983. He received his Master of Medical Doctorate in Allergy – Clinical Immunology in 1987. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ba finished his Master of Medical Doctorate in Dermatology in 2011.
He is a leading dermatology expert in Vietnam who has worked on a number of dermatology research projects. He has extensive knowledge and experience treating over 3000 different types of dermatological diseases. He has been an expert in successfully treating Chronic STD Disease notably Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, HIV disease, Herpes, Hepatitis B virus and many more.
It is a privilege to have Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ba as one of the many talented leaders of the association, especially given his experience as the Head of Department Doctor in the Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology in Ho Chi Minh City. and the Head of Dermatology at Yersin International Clinic HCMC.
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ba is also a member of Ho Chi Minh City's prestigious Dermatology Group. He is also a member of the Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology's Technology Science Council in Ho Chi Minh City

Professor Dr. Dang Tuan Dat holds the position of Vice President of the Association
He was one of the first people to participate in the construction of the Institute. During 42 years of work, he was both directly involved in disease prevention and control, while actively studying and doing scientific research. He has trained and studied science in numerous countries such as the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia, Malaysia, Thailand, attended many international scientific conferences held in many countries around the world.
In 1996, he was appointed as Deputy Director of the Central Highlands Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Director from 2002 to 2012. Head of the Sub-Committee on Plague Prevention and Control - Ministry of Health. He has chaired and participated in 145 scientific articles published in specialized scientific journals at home and abroad. Currently, he is the principal of Buon Ma Thuot University, the Chairman of the University's Science, Technology and Training Council and the Vice Chairman of the Science and Technology Council of Dak Lak Province.
He has been awarded many certificates of merit from: Chairman of Vietnam Science and Technology Federation, Minister of Health, Minister of Science and Technology, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and Prime Minister. He was honoured three times to be awarded the Labour Medal by the Vietnamese President: Third Class, 2004, Second Class, 2010 and First Class, 2015; Awarded the title of Distinguished Teacher in 2012.
Recently, on May 18, 2017, on the occasion of Vietnam Science and Technology Day, Professor Dang Tuan Dat was honored as a typical intellectual in the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Dak Lak province.

In 1989, he earned his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Medicine and Pharmacy in HCMC, Vietnam. He received his Master of Science in Medicine in 1999 from The University of Medicine and Pharmacy in HCMC, Vietnam. Simultaneously, he finished his Diploma in General Immunology and Immunophysiology of Infections at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France. From 1994 to 2000, he studied immunology at the Université Catholique De Louvain in Brussels, Belgium. In 2009, he completed another major in transplantation at the same university.
Dr. Tran Khiem Hung is an expert in immunology. Spent time studying and working in the laboratory of Prof. Fracoise Barre Sinoussi (Nobel Laureate in Medicine 2008). Besides teaching at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, he has time to study immunity on HIV-infected subjects at the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City. There are about 12 articles in this field and honored to receive the first prize "8th National Technical Innovation Contest in 2005".
In addition to his dermatology studies, he pursues aesthetics and has received numerous certificates from the Dermatology Hospital of HCMC, Vietnam, and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of HCMC, Vietnam. Among the certificates are: using Laser and Light for Skin Treatment, Skin Minor Surgery, thread lifting, filler injection, and using Laser in the Management of Vascular Lesions, Skin Pigmentation, and Scarring.
He also has more than 10 years of experience working in dermatology, skin lasers and other medical cosmetic measures. Previously experienced clinics: PPP, Pamas, Eri International Clinic... The desire to apply knowledge of immunology, stem cells to apply to dermatology, medical aesthetics to provide more complete services to customers

Doctor Toh Kiat Siong co-leader of the Association holds the position of Vice President, is an expert in anesthesiology. During his 27 years of successful career, he has experience working with many hospitals and clinics in Malaysia. Most notable are Singapore's Regency Specialist Hospital, Melaka's Hospital, Panawar Pasir Gudang Hospital, and Wisma Maria Hospital.

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, holds the position of General Secretary of the Association. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, honorably receiving his PhD from Apollos University. Mr. Binh has more than 15 years of teaching experience at leading universities in Vietnam, dedicating many research works to the cause of education. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh is also hold the position of Director of Continuing Training Center - Long An University of Industrial Economics.

She has 9 years of experience as an HR & Admin Manager at Wentel Corporation and 8 years and counting as a Regional Sales Manager at R&F Development Sdn Bhd.
As the Foreign Affairs Director, her skill set is a valuable asset to the association.
