On the 24th of December, 2019, The Board of Committee has officially appointed Mr. Ha Van Minh as the new General Secretary of the association.
Mr. Ha Van Minh currently vice chairman of Tan Phu District Ho Chi Minh City
He worked with the government of Vietnam and in charge of one of the biggest economy zone in Ho Chi Minh city.
Therefore, it's a huge advantage to invite Mr. Ha Van Minh to Join SEACIA to connect and enhance the business network between Johor and Ho Chi Minh cit
